What a beautiful place. The building is spacious and very clean. This building has it's own parking garage that is attached to the entrance, the surroundings are serene and quiet. Friendly guards stationed at each entrance for patient assistance .Staff members are kind and courteous with up most professionalism. Just a beautiful experience. It's Yale's best kept secret.

The building is nice and pretty clean, but i hope you are good at maps and directions once inside. Parking is an absolute nightmare. If you have mobility issues, small children, a stroller/wheelchair, a lot of stuff to carry, etc. plan ahead; give yourself an extra 20 minutes at least. Security and main building reception are some of the least helpful and miserable people I’ve ever seen. I could perform a whole comedy set on how bad they are. It’s like they’re prisoners there lol. I asked one to repeat the literal 5-7 part directions to my appointment inside the building and you would’ve thought I asked her to eat a dead mouse. It’s worse than when you ask a Jamaican restaurant too many questions. Iykyk. I watched some wild racist stuff from security too once so BIPOC be careful there.

One of my favorite medical facilities. It is very beautiful with an outdoor garden. It is very clean and the staff was great in my experience in MRI and Radiology as a whole. I would go to no other place!!

I love this place, I would never go anywhere else
