I don't even know where to start. I am not sure if they know how much of a help they were to me. Empathetic, patient and reassuring these people not only communicated well, but made me feel at ease. As someone with anxiety I not only appreciated their reassurance, but am incredibly grateful. I had brackets stuck on my teeth from braces I had put in almost 4 to 5 years ago and was too ashamed and embarrassed to follow up on. I was told in other dental places it would take 2 to 3 appointments before I could start the process of getting those brackets removed, The Family Dental did this AND cleaned my teeth in the very first appointment I scheduled with them. I have felt insecure about my smile for years. And for years people would remind me of how yellow and how clearly neglected they were. To say the least a younger me gave up. And today I feel like I have been given a second chance. I can't begin to express the relief I feel. I finally have my smile back. These people to say the least are amazing. Go to them. They'll take care of you. As they did me. Thank you.

Definitely I do not recommend it to anyone, to explain myself 2 molars dislocated my jaw, I had not realized it because I was so anesthetized I did not feel it but when the effect of the anesthesia left it hurt me and I could not open my mouth, my husband They did not explain to him the procedure that they had to do for the crown and they wore down his tooth, which he would not have accepted if the doctor had taken the time to inform him in detail, to top it off they put the temporary tooth wrong and it leaked water and food so he had to return 1 week later to have it fixed, they tried to put the crown on him but it didn't help him because the ensia expanded with all the mess of glue and the bad job they did to him, now they sent him to do another crown and must wait cm 2 more weeks, I come back and urge people to visit a better dentist...

It means that in a while you will be back getting the tooth fixed again. I had the same problem but they explained it. Got it filled and ended up with a root canal shortly after.
