We hired BHI to screen in our lanai. We were not satisfied with our original point of contact. The communication/ information we got from him wasn't consistent. We made it known we wanted to communicate with someone else. We were then put in contact with Mr. Billy Hurley. Billy was phenomenal. He communicated timely, explained the process, scheduled the construction, accurately ordered the appropriate materials, etc. Whatever Billy told us, he followed through on it, and kept us informed. The crews he sent out: Clint, Sean, and Gage - construction; Mike - electrician; Eric - gutters; and Manny - roofer were all great, very professional, and hard workers. Our enclosure was completed a few weeks ago, we love it and look forward to spending a lot of time out there. Thank you Billy, we really appreciate your work ethic, and your taking away the stress that comes with home improvements.

Our sales person was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process. We were quoted 4-6 months from start to completion. We were very pleased when the install happened around the 4 month mark. The workers that did the install were very polite and courteous. Last piece to be completed is our fan install. We are very happy with the results
