Not very happy that the rent constantly goes up. I started out at $38.00 a month in 2016 and at the end of 2022 I'm pay $109.44 for a 5 x 5 that's ridiculous. Looking into moving my stuff elsewhere.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. I have been a loyal customer for TEN, yes 10 years. My rate started out at $32 for a 5x10 unit. It raised about $3 to $6 whenever they did raise it when they make those decisions every 6 months. Come 2021 they raised it $15 in August and now 1 yr later just raised it again another $25. They're charging me $135 for the unit, but offering it at $69 for new customers. So to make up for the cost you're putting the price hike on your loyal long-term customers so you can reel in others at a lower price then raise their rates too. This is totally unacceptable, $35 higher in 1 year. You weren't willing to negotiate any price reduction with me because you kept it at $95 for 6 months in 2021 instead of the $110 as the new rate. In all 10 yrs you gave me 1 price freeze for 6 months, but denying anything else to me now. When I made my calls to other companies offering the same thing, they're renting the same size unit for $25, $35, & $70 at most with the rates only increasing $5-$8 at most. You will be losing my business at this point, being a long-term customer means nothing to you. This place isn't where it's at, don't let them lure you in on that cheap rate because now with inflation they'll be heavily raising the rates every 6 months! Don't do business with them!!! 9/5/2022 NOTHING changed so forwarding this to the team did NOTHING!!!

Over the 2 years that I have had a storage unit here the service has always been great. I recently switched to a smaller unit and the staff could not have been more helpful in making that transition easy, going out of their way to ensure I was not charged for two units simultaneously. Thanks so much. The facility is also great, easy access and clean units.
