I had to stop in at the Libertyville store for an exchange. I purchased a lighter from their Long Grove store impulsively exchanged it for another lighter different color. The clerk seemed new to the scene,but very friendly and helpful. He called the owner who helped him out. I didn't mind it gave me a chance to check out the store. They've got an amazing setup,leather couches,tvs, even old school barber chairs to lounge in. Getting back to the exchange the clerk thanked for my patience and I was on my way with what I wanted. Neumans is classy place.
