Dirty and run down. Including water park is run down, which 3 big slides where very fast! need a medium speed one. Yellow one felt extremely dangerous and thought we would fly out the first and only time we went down. Hotel NEEDS major remodel to get back on track. We took 4 year old, 2 year old and baby here to stay for 3 nights. It’s in great location and convenience to games, water, shopping, and dining are perfect but just never felt clean and our guard was always up having to make sure kids didn’t get into all the dirty floors, bathrooms, pretty much everything. Arcade and mall is really very good though.

The rooms were nice. Breakfast had a good menu though constantly out of items for up to 20 min before refills would come. On our visit, they were out of biscuits, eggs, forks, and juice. These items were refilled after we finished our meal and were leaving. The pool/ Splash down was disgusting. Mold on the silver steps corrosion on the concrete steps. Kid cut his foot on the steps. Only 1/4 of the jets worked in the hot tub, rust around the tiles. I cut my foot on the drain, the orange slide wobbles badly every time a child goes down.

We had a terrible experience as well. Not being able to check in til 7 pm when we were there at 4:30. Daughters birthday so we were having a sleep over. Had to take all luggage back out to car. Multiple staff rude over way to easy situations that could have been resolved quickly but they like to argue and treat you like a child. Room had broken mirror, heater vent, bathroom door in our dirty room that also had trash from previous guests by the couch on the floor. Grime in shower and tile in bathroom. The queen suite costed me $125 and it was not worth it. Went to desk total of 4 times. 1. 4:30 pm Check in denied. 2. 7:00 pm tried checking second time because still received no call. Said I wanted money back, then room was ready. 3. 900 PM Had a light bulb issue - nope front desk didn’t care.. And rooms have no overhead lighting. 4. Wanted water from vending machine and desk lady argued I was wrong. Both floors she said she rest but it needed it again. 3 of the 4 staff I had were terrible.

Luke warm pool. Went to take a shower after the pool because I wasn’t feeling well, and it was lukewarm with it turned all the way to the hot section. The pool has paint chips chipping away in the pool. They probably never clean the pool area it looked so disgusting going up the slide stairs. Little kids cannon balling in the adult hot tub area, and 10+ kids soaring down the water slide. My suggestion is stay at a nice hotel and go to the water park if they got it figured out.
