Very nice hotel overall, kept up well. Checked in late for a two night stay, on one of the hottest days of the year only to find our room without the A/C even turned on, and the room at over 80°. The next day after a long day out and about, we come back to our room and find the A/C doesn't work. With room conditions like this, it makes using an in-room whirlpool extremely uncomfortable. While the front desk was very friendly and the on call maintenance staff responded with reasonable speed, paying so much for extra accommodations is quite a waste. When trying to address these concerns with management, we are still awaiting any response.

Great place to stay. Location is great; it's straight off the highway and connects to a main road with lots of food joints. Hotel staff were fantastic and friendly. We had an issue with the AC unit and without any fuss they switched us to a new room. Our boys loved the swimming pool and the slides. Recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly, water slides are fun but not for younger kids as they are very FAST! Room was pretty clean, spare blanket for the sofa bed was dirty and had hair stuck to it (didn't use it) sofa bed stunk horribly, to the point where I don't know if I'll come back.

The good: Price was good, room was clean, stay was mostly quiet. The bad: the heater in the room didn't work, just kept blowing cold air. The mini fridge froze all our food. When we reported these things to the front desk staff, they were rude and wouldn't give us any discount.
