10/29/21: It’s my first time to rent a storage unit with Dickson Storage. As I called, they provided me the info I was seeking for, and they were very polite to me over the phone. As I visited the office, Ms Katie was very helpful, as I started from there and on. The storage size that I needed for is located at their newest property, so they do not have Online Payment just yet, and it’s not 24/7 access.. sadly. But I’m happy with where my storage location. 10/30/21: I started moving in more of my stuffs, furnitures, etc into my storage unit. And by far, I’m very happy with the services from Dickson Storage. 11/06/21: Came here to pay my storage rent plus late fee. Ms. Kate was very negotiable, due to this my First official storage rent started now, and according to the sign I saw on the property where I saw the sign of the late fee costs. Ms. Kate said that was the old/previous company’s sign. But still negotiated me fee costs and such. I appreciated her kindness. Staying 5 stars. Raised our rates the whole time after they switched hands we used to pay 90.00 a month now we are at 105.00. Looking for new storage after being with them for over 2 years.P G, we do hope that you will stay with us. With a change of ownership comes substantially more expenses. We are in difficult times and prices of all goods and services are going up. We hope we will be able to provide you with amazing service and keep our prices below what other comparable places that you would be able to store your things. Hopefully you have noticed that we have been working diligently to repair the facility as needed so as to keep it well cared for. It is our goal for you to feel safe with your stuff on our property!

Was a 5 star the other people had a heart and decently clean language! Was nice! Now well not so much and dont like if you come to them with an issue about your bin!
