Wouldn't answer the phone and when it was answered by the automated system it would go over the same questions and never got a representative on the one and couldn't find their office at the address.

They are always great to try and accommodate what I’m trying to accomplish within the realm of what hertz allows such as going the extra mile to find a car at the airport that has the features I need instead of saying “sorry we don’t have any in stock”. I have rented many times from them here in Dickson and Even on the rare occasion they make a mistake as we all do at times they humbly admit it and go the extra mile to make it right.

This was the worse car rental experience I have ever had. Vehicle was dirty. I put more gas in it then it was given. They charged my card $200 after I returned the vehicle for a cleaning fee! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. Employees are both rude. Tried to talk to the one when I returned the vehicle and he told me to drop the keys and walked away back to his desk on the phone. NEXT TIME IM RENTING WITH ENTERPRISE. No surprise this business is going bankrupt!

Absolutely terrible experience. First, they didn't have the class of rental car I confirmed for a two-week rental, so they put me in a higher class car for one day. Said it would be a $16 charge for the day. Then charged my account $124 for that one day use. Didn't mention the $400 holding amount on my account. They told me $200 in the office. Then I get a message before the day before it's due from their billing department saying my rental return is late. Local agents don't have a clue, don't communicate charges. Very slow service at a one-staff setup. When I acquired my rental, car reeked from smoke and there were trash bags in trunk. Will be using Enterprise for any future rentals.

Because this is a small Hertz Outlet and it is very poorly and rudely run. I have been renting from Hertz for the past 6 years and I just got a car last week from them and it cost me double what it has cost me for the past 6 years. I will not ever be renting from Hertz again I will be finding another location to rent my cars for vacation. The guy there is the regional manager his name is Greg I believe and he is very rude to the customers. I was trying to deal with him and talk to him about my rental and he kept putting me off to answer his phone and talk to his employees about their timesheets while I was trying to rent a vehicle. It was extremely rude and very very unprofessional especially if he is a so-called regional manager. Very very very disappointed and this Hertz location this year and with the staff that I had to put up with and the double fee that I'm going to have to pay when I bring my car back this coming Friday.
