I went for a drive thru COVID test on 12/30/21 and have not received the results (1/03/22). I have waited on hold for over an hour on the phone. Left a message an no call back. Nobody answers the phone. No response via email or text. Additionally, I signed up for the "MY RESULTS PORTAL" and nothing there. It has been 5 days and I am still isolating myself. I think this is confirmation the entire pandemic is just a means to enrich big pharma. And for that people have lost their entire lives... If this was a legitimate issue, the results would be provided in the timeframe originally promised. What a shame to put people though all of this stress and then ignore them. SHAME!!!!!!

I hVent been able to walk in this place for years. You can but you will sit there till all the appointment's have been seen. As far as payment they do bill you. Like I said they will most likely give you an appointment after you walk in. That's how they usually do.

They should have given you a second appointment when you got your first vaccine shot. Yes, you should make an appointment as soon as possible for your second vaccine shot. It is important that you get your second shot within 3 - 4 weeks after getting your first shot or you might have trouble with the vaccine working properly.
Can go to the front door during business hours and someone will come out.
