Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Let me preface by saying I have been a loyal customer at Fantastic Sams Chuluota for over two years. Krista always does my single-process color, but she does not work on Sundays and I really wanted my color done today. I saw Jade today. She was polite but did not make any effort at small talk. Now the reason for the 2-star review. It seemed like Jade took a lot less time to apply color than Krista usually does. Maybe because my hair is short. When I got home, I looked in the mirror and saw a section that was still gray. Jade completely missed an entire section of hair. It is more toward the side and underneath but when I pay $65 for color I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect that all of my hair will be done. I also notice that the color fades quickly. Last time I got red hair and it was faded within two weeks. I don’t think I will return since I feel I am not getting a good value for the price. Maybe Jade is good at cutting hair but she needs additional training in color.

Everytime i make an appointment online they never are on time. Came for appointment and 4 employee's walking around talking and im waiting for haircut. Bad business rude employees.
