This was my first time using the salon. I was referred by my daughter. I got exactly was I wanted. I have very fine, thin hair. Vanessa, my stylist knew exactly what to do. I was impressed by her expert knowledge. She advised me that she adds hair based on the volume of the customer's own hair. So my braids are very light and no tension on my hair. I love it. I got the "Classic" knotless box braids and a rinse. I love the fresh decor of the salon. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you Vanessa for a job well done.

I'm so frustrated 😠 I booked my appointment for 1pm Friday August 5th, completely excited because I have a birthday dinner to attend later this evening. Drove 45 minutes and still arrived 20 minutes before my appointment. After browsing Google for 2 days, I decided to book with this salon. I chose Tina because 1 she had good reviews and 2 she specialize in what I needed done. There is no check in booth or a receptionist up front. I asked the first person I saw for Tina. She pointed me to the back of the building. Tina was doing someone's head, and told me "I'll be with you in 15 minutes " she told me to go wait up front. Cool! no biggie since I was early anyway. I understand time estimates can be off, things happen, life happens. I waited 50 minutes for her. Within that 50 minute window, not once did she even come up front to check to see if I was still there or apologize because things are taking longer than projected. I'm a impatient person that was very patient because I really needed my hair done, but 50 minutes was my que to leave. Clearly my little pixie cut is at the bottom of the price range, so she couldn't be bothered It seems like people have no respect for time anymore. People are no longer courteous, and customers service is a thing of the past. Tina if you ever find this review please refund me back my $10 deposit you were 50 minutes late my dear. And don't charge me a cancelation fee either, I was there waiting on you, but you NEVER came through. I'm sure if I had continued to wait, I would still be sitting there ashy, hungry and annoyed. *Sight* , hopefully I can find a good lacefront wig for this evening 🙄
