Staff is excellent, making up for this being a satellite of the Aspen hotel across the street. Facility could use some TLC, ex. screen on the window. I wandered into an abandoned (literally) meeting room looking for the ice machine. They should lock that area up unless they are going to clean it out. Then, called and immediately and cheerfully the staff brought the ice over. Again, the staff is excellent!

Provided check-in envelopes upon arrival - They were ready before we arrived - Everything was quick and professional to get to our room. - The included breakfast was a great option for our stay. - I'd be happy to book at the Molly again.

We booked this a bit last minute, as our original 4 day weekend plan just seemed too long, especially as we bring our dog whose not the greatest traveler. We got a very nice room for about $230 a night, on a Wed/Thursday. Very pleased by the room, though coming into the building and through the hallways sure had us with low expectations. It was clean but very 'motel' like, with weird narrow walkways and such. The room was large, super clean, well appointed, free internet, coffee maker, fridge, great shower and bath, a big fireplace (and they trust people with real wood fireplaces! seems like a bad idea to me but....). Really a very nice room that we were comfortable in completely. And very quiet. The location is right on the main road and just a three block walk to downtown Aspen. Parking was a bit tough, you have to use the street but not awful, even though town seemed crowded and busy always. I bet on the weekend it would be a nightmare. We'd definitely return.

Was just OK. First room was nice. Courtyard by the pool. Cozy with fireplace. My daughter and I loved it. Then we realized we had no hot water. We had to pack up everything and move upstairs to a much bigger very outdated room. Very disappointing to say the least on how outdated it was. Also there are electrical issues I reported in the bathroom while using hairdryers. Wished our first room was functioning properly and I think we would have been much happier during our stay. No one offered to make a concession for us. The new room isn’t what we originally wanted at all.
