They have basement rooms; luckily for us they had one balcony available. It was very comfortable, and easily within walking distance of Aspen Village and the mountain slopes.

This place is a gem. Perfect location for walking to town and lifts. Rooms were very clean and lots of charm. The breakfast was a perfect start to the day. The lobby is quaint and nice touch with the fireplace. Staff was very helpful and hard working. Would stay here again. C and J from Kauai

I will say this is a VERY convenient hotel. It is very simple but just what you need. Beds are ok and the view is just ok too. Definitely do not stay on the 2nd floor. You can hear every single thing that happens on the first floor and it will keep you up. This hotel is LOUD. You can hear everything in the halls, lobby, and any room near you. I wish they had a bit more sound proofing. But for the price it is definitely worth staying. The breakfast wasn't very good so I'd skip that and the lady who works there is a bit rude but the gentleman who works there is so sweet. Overall a good stay but not very relaxing due to so much noise.

Decent for the price and location. Felt like the focus was more on the decor than the functionality. Stayed in a standard room and it was pretty small. I do appreciate the intention to add storage with what was given, however the space probably should have only had one bed instead of cramming in the two doubles. We could hear noises from above as we were placed in a lower level room and one of the nights, the toilet overflowed with soap suds in the middle of the night so potentially some type of plumbing issues. Overall it was a short stay and we weren't looking for anything too elaborate, but likely we won't stay here again in the future.
