Service is terrible, partners are completely disrespectful. They messed up my order and when I told them, expecting them to change it, they just stared at me without even saying sorry. Same situation with at least three people that ordered after me… Buy local or avoid this particular store, it sucks.

This is our favorite Starbucks! Our fur baby Duke has his first puppuccino here and he loved it! Staff was awesome and ambiance was great!!!

Small location on the corner. Has outdoor seating. Went here 2 days in a row and both days I ordered something different and both days my order was messed up.

As a Starbucks partner I was extremely dissatisfied with this store. The employee that was at the register (Putri) had acrylic nails which violate Colorado food service law. On top of this only one employee was wearing a mask (didn’t catch their name but they had curly hair with some green dye in it) despite a company wide mask mandate that’s started several weeks ago. My drink was also made incorrectly and instead of remaking it (as is starbucks policy) they stared blankly at me until I gave up and left. They also had no one on warming and I was watching food stickers sit for minutes with no one even glancing at them. I work at one of the busiest starbucks locations and we churn drinks out in no time but here they had four staff working and drinks took minutes to make despite there only being two customers total in the store and no mobile orders. For any other partners visiting this store know that they don’t give the partner discount and you are better off going to a different one.
