Being a business owner, i don't write reviews when i have a positive experience with a business or product. I save that effort for a business experience like i had with Advantage Golf carts. Started good, picked up my cart for simple repair work the day I called, called me back the very next day with the repair estimate. Everything was good. Two weeks later I'm calling to see if the unit is ready. I was told they're waiting on the part to arrive, should be any day and so another week goes by and we're calling again, this time we're told the part is on backorder and they have no idea when it'll be in, blamed it on Covid issues. What got me is they knew this part was backordered the day they ordered it and never told me. Otherwise I would have gone another way and had no problem covering transport and analysis costs. The issue is service never kept us advised and never called to explain the situation. When we'd call we were always told they would look into it and call us back- We may have gotten one call back with the Covid excuse. Kept my unit nearly a month, no repair and then wanted to charge me after all the BS they put us through. I had to demand they return my unit or it would have sat there another week. Complete waste of my time and all of could have been avoided. If owner or GM reads this review-please contact me and let me detail how your staff handled this at every turn. This review touches on most but you need to know how your staff handled my experience with your business, but then you may not care.
