I have wanted a breast reduction, lift and tummy tuck for years now and went to another surgeon, Dr. Tyrone, where I was humiliated and talked down to so as you can imagine I was extremely apprehensive about going to Dr. Gaines after that experience but I can’t put into words how happy I am that I did. He and his staff are so kind and caring and made me feel so comfortable in my consultation that I booked my appointment immediately afterwards. The day of the surgery I was very scared as I’ve never undergone any type of surgery previously and wasn’t sure what to expect but again they amazed me with their kindness and set my heart at ease that they would take great care of me. Both will address the loose skin on the face and neck that may appear as we get older. FaceTite is a radiofrequency energy-based device that I introduce underneath the skin in a manner similar to liposuction, to treat the involved areas. As a result, the incisions are very tiny, swelling and bruising are less than with the typical facelift, and recovery is much quicker. The FaceTite (especially when combined with Morpheus8 micro-needle treatment) can get very close to a full facelift result, but for someone with a lot of laxity, a full facelift may still be the treatment of choice (despite longer incisions and recovery).
I do. This is a relatively new technique that is particularly helpful for patients with an active lifestyle or busy schedule. "Downtime" is much less than with a surgical labiaplasty, and associated swelling and discomfort are also minimal, allowing patients to return to doing the things they love within a few days. Because the technique involves only the insertion of a tiny needle into the skin, there is no need to wait for the healing of surgical incisions, nor any of the scars associated with such incisions.
