I was at Park Meadows Rehabilitation twice and every time the Therapy Group Mike, Shalaka, Von, Lizette, Patrick and Antoine was awesome! Always willing to help with whatever needed to be done, even if it was not their job or patient! I would strongly recommend the Therapy Group 100% They are really Awesome and I Love them all so much! We have filed complaints with the state about the lack of care and communication at Park Meadows. In just two weeks my uncle has developed bed sores so severe that his health is at risk. We called and emailed numerous times and have never had one return call or email. Bianca, the social service director , doesn’t have a voicemail according to the front desk and has been in a continual meeting apparently for two weeks straight or out of the office even when her name can be heard being paged to different locations. We knew instantly this was not a facility we wanted our loved one in but getting our loved one out has been nearly impossible. Just go see and smell the facility for yourself…
