Excellent source of water. They have supplied my grandparents and my great-grandparents myself my family for many many wonderful years. absolutely pristine water. So much better than American water with all the fluoride and treatments that they use at the water plant.

Been using them for years. They are great. Same day service is available sometimes.

Family owned, exceptional service and we've been using them for over 25 years. We always enjoy a big welcome and huge smile when we go into the office. Karen is a gem and Jason a dear. Thanks for the great, dependable spring water and many years of smiles! Carole and Jerry, Tinton Falls, NJ

In the past, I'd go there and a man would hit my vehicle door with the bottles every time; he did it twice. I didn't say anything because it didn't cause any damage and he's not a nice man. He'll curse you out with no remorse. I dealt with it because I love their water and it's affordable. I love saving money being a business major and all. This particular day, October 10th 2014 at 4:50, I went to Kepwel Spring Water Co to refill (2) 5 gallon bottles. They close at 5. The way it is set up, you pay for your bottles, they give you a receipt, you back down the hill, and a guy will put the bottles in your vehicle. A different man came out and I immediately gave him the receipt because I didn't want the other man hitting my vehicle anymore. When the other guy appeared, I was happy until he closed the door when I went to get in the vehicle and I heard a crash. I walked to the back of the vehicle and immediately saw the spare tire cover on the ground. I said, why is it always a problem every time I come here; first the guy hits my car and now this. He picked it up, called himself putting it back on, yet it was loose. I told him, I'll do it but I couldn't so he tried again. It was still loose but he showed me the lock and said it was locked. I couldn't tell because I have major back problems and can't bend to check it. The cover had scratches on it but I let that go too. I've never had problems with the tire cover until he broke it. This man is tall and evidently very strong. I should've followed my first instinct by going in and reporting it but I was in a hurry and trusted him. WRONG MOVE!!!! After driving my vehicle yesterday and getting out of it, I noticed the cover is gone. The saddest part and what hurts the most for me is, I don't know where the cover fell off at; my priceless Namibian bumper sticker is lost with it, a memorial of my studying abroad in Africa. I immediately called the business and left a message. I called first thing this am, spoke to the office manager, and she said the owner didn't come in yet. She then called me back and said, she spoke to the employee that said he locked it (he agrees to the incident) and the owner and because I didn't report it and its been too long, and they're sorry. Sorry doesn't cut it, the part is $363.84 without tax or a paint job; yeah Toyota says the part doesn't come painted. It's really sad that these companies allow their employees to break customer's property and responds with sorry. I taped both conversations and will be forwarding this letter to consumer affairs, reporting it to the better business bureau, and will start a BOYCOTT KEPWELL SPRING WATER CO page. Lastly, I'm very upset about this. I just purchased this vehicle not even 6 months ago after having my previous vehicle totaled by a person operating a huge yellow school bus for a company who refused to take responsibility for rear ending a person at a stop light. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP. PEOPLE NEED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS. If they choose not to, then use the court system and sue them.
