Hi Yenisey you must take the pre-license course in English or Spanish. Once you pass it, the State of Florida allows you to take the state exam. You must apply with the DBPR (Department of Business and Professional Regulations) and pass with 75/100. Any other questions please do not hesitate to call us at 305-330-5466
Discounted price is $389 (including book). Our preferred course is one month long in calendar time in the evenings, 3 times a week. That includes 60 hour of instruction and 3 hours for the exam.

No, at the end of the course you have completed the first requirement as per the State of Florida. Once you complete and pass this course (end of the course examination required 70/100), you will apply to take the Florida Real Estate exam with the Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR)
