Brought my step daughter here. She had stomach issues and was vomiting all morning. As soon as we got there, she had to vomit then couldn't get up from the bathroom floor bc her legs were completely contracted with cramps and she was in so much pain. Staff had to help her into a wheelchair and she was brought to a room and was asked questions. Once the nurse learned that she was in fashion school, she began to treat her like she was Balsamic. I tried to tell the nurse that she did not have any self image issues but the nurse told me "let's not be quick to make assumptions". The took her vitals then sent us away to the ER with a letter to the hospurltal about possible dehydration. Now we got a bill for their "medical services" for $61.50, a balance after her insurance paid $120. Needless to say, I'm fighting the bill and never returning to this place for anything ever again

Being it was Saturday and I needed to get into see a doctor I remembered long time ago I went to physician one. I booked the same day appointment online which was very easy to do. When I arrived all the staff were very pleasant. I met with the Doctor Who was fabulous. I highly recommend this place.

Stay home, why go out and spread it to someone else. If you feel bad, call your doctor.
We provide convenient care during extended hours and offer patients the flexibility of walking in to receive care at a time that is most convenient for them. Patients also have the option to check-in online to hold a spot in the wait queue. This is not an appointment, though allows patients to “hold their spot” in line and receive a text message when it is their turn to come in and complete the check-in process in person.
We offer the Influenza (flu) vaccine, during flu season. Visit our vaccines page, for vaccination information.
Yes; at PhysicianOne Urgent Care, we provide care for patients of all ages.
At PhysicianOne Urgent Care, you will be seen by one of our experienced providers who are trained in either emergency, family, or internal medicine. That provider may be a physician, a PA, or an APRN.
Wait times vary, though the average wait time is significantly less than the average wait time at an emergency room. Patients are typically in and out in less than an hour. You can check-in online to hold your spot in line at your nearest PhysicianOne Urgent Care. When waiting at any of our centers, your wait time will factor in those ahead of you in the wait queue who may be waiting in the waiting room or at home, as well as patients currently in the exam rooms, and patients currently receiving X-ray or lab services.
We have on-site X-ray capabilities, so we’re able to diagnose fractures and then splint them during your visit. Our X-rays are read by a Board Certified Radiologist. We can also provide you with a copy of your X-rays on a CD for you to bring to your orthopedic physician for a follow-up appointment.
Generally speaking, our fees are far more affordable than a visit to the emergency room, though this depends on your co-pay and the level of care you receive during your visit.
Insurance isn’t required to visit PhysicianOne Urgent Care, and we have reasonable self-pay fees for those without insurance. In fact, you’ll find our fees are competitive with other local healthcare providers. Feel free to call us for estimated cost information. Payment is required at the time of service. Please note: PhysicianOne Urgent Care does not accept personal checks.
Yes, we accept most major insurances. Your co-pay is collected and required at the time of service. Please call your nearest PhysicianOne Urgent Care location to inquire if we accept your insurance.
Fees vary, though are significantly lower than a visit to the emergency room and generally the same or slightly higher than a visit to your primary care doctor. If you have insurance, the total charges will be determined based on your insurance provider’s policy regarding urgent care and the level of care you receive during your visit with us. If you have further questions, please contact your insurance company. For information on the estimated cost of a self-pay visit, please call your local PhysicianOne Urgent Care center. If you have a question regarding billing, please contact our billing company, at 203-885-0814.
