Called to see if they do awning repair. Told yes but charge for doing estimate is $130 and if need to write up quote for insurance charge for estimate is $230. Unfortunately, the RV repair person we go to for other needs does not repair awnings. He also does not charge for looking at camper to see what needs to be done and give a quote...last time we brought pur trailer to him he spent 45 minutes going through camper and listening to things we needed addressed. He wrote up estimate for anticipated work at NO CHARGE. Baayside Ourdoors will definitely not be getting our business. Update: called 2 other RV Repair shops that do awning repair in area both able to get camper in within the week to look at it and give estimate on repair needed. NO charge for doing estimate.
