Tables were dirty. Cashier-Sundance was snotty and rude. Guessing she doesn’t enjoy her job. Shake so thick needed a spoon. No way it could be eaten with a straw.

Not very pleased with my visit, I ordered 2 small cones and a slush took almost an hour just to get to the window (which from what I could tell there was only 2 people working the registars), anyway get to the window person charged my card and then AFTER decides to tell me the slush machine just broke but could get me something else like a large blizzard. Why couldn't of you told me it was broke before charging my card? I would of told you to take it off all together and just charge the 2 cones. Very irritated with the whole situation.

I know it's not the workers fault but hella expensive. The vat oil needed to be changed for sure. Fries look horrible and brown. I worked fast food so I know when oil needs to be changed. Meat on cheeseburger tasted like it was made a long time ago. Wasnt hot. Burnt. I dont go to dq often but today showed me why I dont go. Quality has gone way down since I first started going.

Today we went through drive through. It took 15 minutes to get our food. Usually I wouldn't complain about time but our food was cold. I asked for substitution from fries to onion rings. Still got fries and wasn't changed on the receipt. We specifically asked for only ketchup and pickle on the cheese burger and still got everything on it. Again wasn't changed on the recept. I got a turkey BLT... the only thing on it was turkey bacon and cheese. I don't think its even Swiss. Im pretty sure its pepper jack. When I went to take a bite it was dried out and doesn't taste right. No tomatoes, no lettuce, no sauce just a dried out turkey sandwhich. In the chicken strip meals there were no toast. I tried to leave a review on the dairy queen website like it asks but couldn't do it as I do not have a 19 digit code it asks for. Very disappointed as this is a very common stop for us on the way to and from sioux center.
