Ya I agree and have no clue how this particular location gets away with it. I've really learned lately to stay away from any dairy queen in the state of iowa. All the staff is mostly high school students. Horrible service. No one cares or management is not training employees correctly. Sorry about your experience.
To many high school kids that don't care,its a guessing game when the one closest to me is open,the hours are posted on the window,but theres never anyone there,this place is horribly ran,so we dont go to DQ anymore,and we use to love DQ. Sorry for anyone thats treated this way.
It is ran by mostly high school and I agree that I don't think management cares what they do or how they do it...it is horrible
