The Property Manager is rude and Emotional. No one is never at the office or responds to voicemails. He gets an attitude with existing and new tenants. Property is Under new management and can’t manage the mess created in this Section8 division. Which causes a lot of irritation from the staff to the residences. Flooding, No gas, Maintenance is disabled. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here.

I love, love, love my landlord Erica. She is just amazing since I moved here its been some rough times but I have been with CPO for 8 years. This will be my last stop until I buy my house. I just want corporate to know and anyone viewing this she is amazing and truly cares about her residents all f them. I had no heat, wiring issues and more she made it happen quickly. She is courageous, loving shows great professionalism and is honest about everything. She deserves a promotion because she didn't leave when she could of I know CPO is not the best company to work for but she represents them well. She never drops the ball and she keeps occupancy and happy families. I am now a resident manager myself because of how she made me feel being her tenant thank you Erica for all you do for me and my children as a single mother I appreciate you. Thank you CPO for her appreciate her!!

EVER SINCE ERICA DEPP HAS BEEN OUR PROPERTY MANAGER SHE HAS TAKEN THE EXTRA STEP TO HELP ALL HER TENANTS FROM GREAT COMMUNICATION, DEALING PRIOR ISSUES BEFORE HER THAT THE OLD PROPERTY MANAGERS LEFT HER WITH! SHE HAS WORKED ENDLESSLY TO HELP US OUT HERE. WE HAVE HAD 4 LANDLORDS BEFORE HER CPO MANAGEMENT ABOVE HER HAS ABANDONED US BEFORE HER. SHE IS SO PROFESSIONAL, QUICK, LOVING, COMPASSIONATE FOR ALL HER TENANTS SHE IS THE BEST PROPERTY MANAGER WEVE HAD! DONT LET ANYBODY TELL YOU DIFFERENT BECAUSE I HAVE RECIPTS OF ALL SHE HAS DONE! Yes.. they are owned by homeport but managed by CPO. I have lived here for 2 years now next march will be 3 yrs
I think it depends on how long ago it was.. but Wallick took over managing them so im not really sure.. there are people here that have had them just not sure cause they been here for a while
