I bought a Jeep Renegade Trailhawk February 2022. The experience was good but took an entire day. At that time, there were 2 Jeeps exactly alike exceptforprice. I had asked the salesman, Kyle, about it. He said 1 could be sold because it was waiting on a part to fix something wrong with it. I now believe that I was sold the defective Jeep. The molding on the driver side rear wheel isn't installed properly and the driver door isn't flush with the rest of the Jeep. I was there today for the molding replacement. Service department had nothing but excuses as to why they couldn't help me today. The service tech acted like nothing is wrong with it, that it just needs pushed back on. I've done that myself, it doesn't stay. Also pointed out the driver door. Gave more excuses that included, not covered, won't hurt anything and it's designed that way to reduce noise. I believe they take advantage of women, believing they don't know anything about cars.

We bought an SUV site unseen with James Noel at Jeff Wyler. James was fantastic. The whole process took longer than we had expected, but that just seems to be the way of the world these days. In the end, they delivered the vehicle to our house fully detailed and in much better condition than we had expected. The price was very good, the customer service great, and we couldn't be happier with our vehicle or the whole experience. Would highly recommend James Noel!

I would assume you hadn't made an appointment, And if someone had an appointment, why should they free up a technician for a walk in oil change and make that person wait when all you have to do is call and make an appointment in advance,sorry but this is already too much of an on demand world,wait your turn,call make an appointment!

The dealership is just NW of the intersection of US33 and Gender Road. Punch in the address into Google Maps and it should give you directions from your current location to the dealership
