The staff at Preston Pointe are very professional, but very personable as well. There’s a nice balance between the two and that’s always appreciated. My Fiancé and I were excited, but nervous, because we weren’t sure if we were going to be approved. We were put at ease thankfully, because it was clear, everyone here was pulling for us. Especially Angela Gonzalez. She moved mountains to help us get approved. I don’t remember the name of the gentleman who helped us with the paperwork, but he was very patient with us. Throughout the whole process, he was very clear about what needed to be done and guided us all the way. I’m very happy with the Management Team here and look forward to raising our family at this wonderful location. The layout of the Town homes (family of 5) are fantastic and very roomy. Everything flows great. Love the open concept with the the kitchen and living room. I could go on and on about all the pros. If you’re interested in this place and you have a list of other areas? Put this one at the very top and try your best to get in. Trust me
