Great meal and service last night at Barrel Back! We’re locals and Barrel Back is our go-to for a nice night out. We love to sit on the patio. Last night I tried the bruschetta for the first time, which was amazing. My husband ordered the quesadilla with chicken. I love that they have Cheboygan’s Blood Orange Honey beer - one of my favorites. The only downside is the price. My husbands quesadilla (add chicken) was $21, which seems pretty high! We love the food, love the view, and love the service though 😊

What a wonderful second story view of the harbor and lake, I got the nachos with smoked brisket. The food was fantastic! Perfect weather! Great staff, and drinks are plentiful.

Excellent happy hour in the off season! $2 widow’s maker, Austin brothers Woody wheat, and more (see pics). Good apps too - my husband and I shared the pretzel charcuterie board - very unique, we liked it and it was enough for both of us …Lisa, We are so happy that you and your husband enjoyed happy hour, the pretzel charcuterie board is one of our new favorites. And yes, live music! Barrel Back is the place to be for week day (and weekend) dinners for couples, families, and everyone!

I don’t know any other places that have that? Started at 6pm when we were there in a tues.

There sure are...the staff is very knowledgeable and they are very careful with those products. Great place to eat, great service, great food, great views.
