Very bad customer service. Visited on Sunday Oct 2, 2022 @ 10:20 PM. The owner of this business should examine their employees better before place them in job that need human help. Very rood and unwilling to understanding customer needs.

People working here are really rude and lack the tiniest emphaty of what it feels like to deal with payment issues when you have a plane to catch. You really should learn to say sorry.

I cannot say for certain as I was a traveler. But my impression of that lot beside of it was that it was an employee parking lot and that's where the employee bus might pick people up to take them to the airport to work? I didn't know it was a cell phone lot. Maybe others don't know either
