The second shift front desk worker was telling us that we couldn't sit downstairs to enjoy one another because we were talking loud. Well we had just about the entire hotel booked for our family reunion as well as the meeting room. She (Daphne) was rude and a big liar and I pray that when we rebook for next year that she does not work it because she was not dressed professional with jeans and Nike slide. The front desk worker was awesome she was new but she is awesome. The bathrooms downstairs was nasty and needed tissue and we told Daphne and she told the gentleman that housekeeper was gone for the evening. I don't understand how you are suppose to be comfy in the hotel lobby greeting ppl when the front desk reception tells u that ur to loud JUST PURE RUDE. We had more ppl that was trying to check in on the family reunion check in a day late because plane was delayed and Daphne wouldn't give them the same rate because she said it was over. This was an horrible stay.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel over Father’s Day weekend. We were in town to visit family. The hotel was clean and smelled great. The landscaping is beautiful - I love all the beautiful flowers and trees. The breakfast was delicious. Our bed was very comfortable and I slept better than I have in a really long time. I really want to praise the staff!! They were always so cheerful and welcoming. We stayed for 3 days and experienced quite a few shift changes. Everyone was so incredibly nice! The front desk staff greeted us with smiles and kind words every time we left and welcomed us back with more smiles and kindness when we returned each day. We didn’t get to experience the pool because we were so busy, but we could tell that folks were enjoying it. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Dothan!

The rooms are decent, one of the outlets didn't work in our room, otherwise no complaints. Breakfast was good, with lots of options. We didn't use the pool or weight room they both looked good though. The location in Dothan is good. They offer a discount for families staying to visit loved ones at the hospital across the street. No one else near by does that. My family is very grateful that they do.

The hotel is getting worse and worse. I travel to the area and have completely stopped booking with this hotel. The cleaning is poor and the service is horrible!! Front desk workers are rude. Instead of trying to help paying customers they are playing music and twerking in the eating area. Staff do not know anything about customer service or how to even do their job. It takes double the time to check in here then it does other hotels. Just go by the front desk and you will see what I am talking about. Stay at the best western for great service and clean rooms.
