Having the worst time getting my account squared away and now corporate won't help. They keep giving me the run around and saying my account is fixed and to use their app to order a device that is needed for work and tonight I was on hold w their financial Dept while in a corporate store and the disconnected w us after 40 min on hold and the store was closed so I'm still using an inferior device

I went to the Sanford location on Rinehart. I had an issue with the return of the 5G LTE internet modem. The manager Mercedes not only resolved my issue but also saved a a 16 year customer as the 5G LTE internet team was incompetent. Thank you Mercedes!

Abigail was our initial salesperson and she did a great job. Returned a couple of times and got assistance from other associates and they were great also. Unlike staff at other carriers, they help even if "not my job", which makes the difference in customer service. Keep up the good effort!

Well I've been going there about 3 years now and as far as I know they're actual phone number for the store is broken or does not exist. In fact one of the guys that works there that's what he told me but that's when the coronavirus was bad last year or the beginning of this year. Who knows if they got a fixed or not
It's very easy to go to my Verizon and log in and pick the store you want to go to. Make an appt. Then you will get in at a time convenient for you. They will come out and get you if you park in the curbside area in front of the store. You can even check in to the store when you get there. If you are going to the Verizon store by Walmart in Sanford, they are excellent!!!
If you are able I would go into the store itself. You might have to file some kind of report for them to take that phone off your bill.
