Quest Diagnostics Sanford - Employer Drug Testing Not Offered

Going to get diagnostic testing no matter how simple can be very stressful. The staff at the Sanford office gets this. They always let you walk away with the feeling that they really enjoy working there and helping people. God bless them.

I have been going to quest for over 10 years and I have NEVER received such bad service until I went to this location. Briana is EXTREMELY rude for absolutely no reason at all. I don’t understand how so many people have complained about her attitude in past reviews and she is still employed there. It got so bad that we ended up just walking out and we ended up going to lab Corp and their service was INCREDIBLE. I will never be going back to quest.

Wouldn’t even give one star. Gave the star for the person who drew my blood. She was sweet. Rudest location of Quest by far. Don’t know what’s up with Brianna though. She has no idea what she is talking about and she does exactly the opposite of trying to help patients get their blood drawn. She seems obnoxious and ignorant about how hard it is to get an appointment and travel to get there. This person had the audacity to tell me I should get better at keeping my doctors appointments. 😂 Well , duh that’s none of your business. They don’t even have a system to track what blood tests I had got done in the past and at which location. Or maybe Quest does and she either doesn’t know or was hell bent on giving me a hard time. Instead of finding solutions, she got defensive. I’m pretty sure she would have made me go back and come back as a walk-in like another patient that has left a review here. Wish I could tell her that politeness and empathy won’t kill her. The Lake Mary and Deland Office were so sweet. So I guess it just depends on the person in charge at a location. Very very rude and unhelpful. Tiffany and the young lady that drew my blood were trying to be helpful atleast.

It can be hard getting an appointment here sometimes but when you do the staff is just awesome. I especially like Kathy. She is such a kind and caring person. She’s just great with kids and in general so easy to be around. 10/10 will come back.
