Helpful staff, inventory lacking somewhat for what I needed

Totally bad service and misinformed. For starters my first mistake was buying Craftman electric tools. I already had an electric miter saw replaced under warranty at Ace hardware (the same store) and a battery power drill that also have been replaced at the same store. When the electric miter saw was exchanged my wife went into the store to pick it up, and it was a heavy saw like the miter saw, no help was offered to bring it to the vehicle. My wife is a 67 old women that sufferers from RA. That's your neighborhood store for you these days. The battery power drill broke again and like the last time went back to the Ace hardware, but this time the manager Greg decided that they never exchanged battery power drill NEVER since 2018. But the fact that I exchanged this power drill 6 months ago, I think as a manager he doesn't know what's going on his store or is lying. I called CRAFTMAN and they told me that the policy didn't change to go back to the store for exchange. But CRAFTMAN was nice a enough to by pass the store and they are shipping a battery power drill for replacement.
