This was absolutely one of the best shopping experiences we ever had. Drove from Atlanta to pickup a vehicle to due Syed's professionalism, honesty and stellar customer service. We hadn't heard back from our original salesperson there for 2 weeks and would not have ended up purchasing a vehicle if it wasn't for Syed.

My experience here at the Mercedes dealership was horrible I bought a car recently from here. When they first sat me down to the paper work the guy left for a straight hour didn’t tell us why and did it multiple times when it came to the finance guy it got worse when I declined his extra package for my car he threw a little hissy fit and went all quiet like a teenage girl. My experience here was not good once so ever will not come again

Robert - the service advisor from Mercedes Benz of North Orlando and Luis the tech that worked on the car allowed my vehicle to be serviced the day of the hurricane and I truly appreciate it. My tire was about to be flat bc of a nail and instead of filling it with air and telling me to wait out the storm and then come back, they took me in and provided the best service I’ve ever had. Thanks so much! Now during the storm, if I had to evacuate I have peace of mind my car is drivable
