HORRIBLE service!! Do not use!! They dont call or text or email to confirm trips, u have to chase them down. I reminded them to bring car seat a few days before our trip, Booked a large car with them, and driver shows up with no car seat after we had an 11 hr flight. Rudys dispatch and driver offer no problem solving solutions to help us! Horrible customer service!! Now stranded in airport with our toddler. Horrible company with no integrity!! Do not use!!! Not professional at all!
