We got a lobster tail and a Napoleon. The cream has no sweetness in it. Because pastry dough isn't sweet, pastries are supposed to get their sweetness from the filling. The pastries we got literally had no sweetness. At least they weren't stale. That's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.

Sal’s came through for my mom when she ordered a bday cake later than she wanted. Courteous on the phone, a beautiful design, and great flavor. Their icing is so good!

Last 9 years I always ordered cakes comes out always good. But today is my daughters birthday I got cake when I opened the box it look different . Cake was dry no fresh cream. I can literally smell the cream is no good.

We’ve been loyal customers for more than 30 years. I just had a terrible experience with the manager where he continued to argue with me regarding a cake I ordered. This is the first time in all the years using Sals that my cake was not what I ordered and the quality was not there. Instead of resolving the issue he continued to argue and hung up. Terrible customer service and poor quality. Had to give a rating to give a review otherwise I would not have even given a one star Very disappointed
