Tried taking 5 kids today for the first time. Drove about an hr to get there, to find out they open at 1 (arrived at 12), no big deal, my fault for not checking. We ate lunch and came back at 1 to be told that they were closed to the public because they have a camp coming in. Not one person was in there yet, so I asked if the kids could just do a quick ride since we drove all that way and waited around for an hr, the woman said she’d ask and came back to tell me no, that We would have to come back at 4pm when the camp left. To say this is a huge disappointment is an understatement. I asked why there was no signage stating that it would be closed until 4pm and I got no answer. If there was a sign, I would have known that when I showed up early and wouldn’t have wasted my time and gotten the kids excited for nothing. Huge disappointment and not a good impression for first timers.

Went for my first time, never done it before. They stopped me halfway on my first lap to tell me I was racing with “pro kart racers” who “are gonna hurt me if I don’t match their speed” ! They never said there was an experience level requirement, they escorted me off the track and didn’t even let me finish ONE lap and didn’t refund me. Totally unprofessional and unfair!

This place is awful. Half the staff here is totally and completely nasty. They don’t all pay attention to the kids on the track and then yell at them for things that weren’t their fault. I wondered why this place was pretty empty all the time, now I know why. It costs a fortune to get yelled at and have your cart slowed down for you every 2 minutes! Don’t go here! Save your money!!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have been coming to this location for over a year and have had multiple issues throughout that time. Despite all of the issues I’ve dealt with I still decided to give this place a chance but today was the last. On my first race from the very beginning my karts power would stop randomly and I knew clearly that it was dead. The manager walked up to me and tried to say that there is nothing wrong with the kart and said that I should use minimal throttle. I did not waste 18 dollars to go half throttle, either give me a new kart to race or give me my money back. It is not my problem that the kart is dead. I payed for it not the manager or anyone else. I have kept my mouth closed for too long at this place. I’ve seen multiple people write negative reviews on this place and walk out upset. I want to see this place succeed but sadly its not.

You can race alone you just need someone over 18 to sign the waiver.
