I love sew and vac! I’m a local seamstress. They have fixed my digital sewing machines and performed all my maintenance for the past 5 years. They are prompt, reasonably priced and always friendly and informative. I also bought my sergers from them. They gave me so much background info and educated me on the machines. I highly recommend them!!

I brought my vacuum in to have the belt replaced. That's all I asked for. I go to pick it up and my bill was over $250. The old man decided that the electrical hose needed to be replace. He did this without my knowledge or consent. When I told him to take the new hose off and put the old one back, he informed me it had been discarded and basically gave me an "Oh well" attitude. He was rude and very cold. I will make it a point to inform people not to use his service because he does extra work without informing the customer and basically could gave a shi* less about his customers.
