Mr. Darrow's funeral were wonderful in helping me and my siblings plan my moms funeral. They helped us through a very difficult time and fully explained all options. When my sister went back a couple months later when my mom's headstone fell down, Mr. Darrow told her not to worry and the problem was corrected very quickly. Here my we are again 10 years 6 months later and Joseph J. Darrow Funeral Home did a phenomenal job once more for my family. This time was particularly difficult because my niece was a 34 years old mother of two young children. Thank you once more for your kindness and professionalism.

Kayleen tried to charge us tropical disinfection, hearst, alternate vehicle, rental coffin, insert, etc... for a cremation. When went home and looked at the itemized chagres we realized it was ridiculous and eliminated over 3K of fees. When this happen another side of the women (Racist) surfaced referring to us as "These People". Also mentioned we coudn't pick and choose what we wanted, basically meaning it's either her way or the highway. Never, Never use Darrow Funeral Home. Only reason they have a star is that you can't submit your review without one.

You can give them a call and ask Kayleen if she could arrange a house visit and bring her brochures with pictures and prices. I personally would request a female to make visits to my home and would prefer to have a close family member or close friend with me to lookout for your best interest. They're very helpful and kind,but as you know it's still a business and it's important to know your interest and budget first and have your own witness just to keep things in perspective.
