New York State said that and multiple people told me the same thing even the town of Poughkeepsie said that. Dutchess County needs more than one Walmart because Orange and Ulster County have more than one Walmart and Dutchess only has the one in Fishkill and they want to make it less crowded by putting one up here and Dutchess is a big county thats why. Someone told me this year but I want to know when. They are also knocking down the Shoprite building when I mean whole lot.
There is never a 100% chance that there is going to ever be a stop and shop or walmart. Maybe look around the area to see if there is one around this center
