Food ordering went well. Hot food was correct and good. Employee at pick up window gave wrong beverages. Did not know what size beverages to give with value meals. Seemed to lack knowledge of everything. Said he was new. I know places are short staffed but someone certainly should have been training this kid in. I would say it is a management issue.

Not real big on fast food but when I'm traveling and need food I always look for Arby's because it doesn't makes me sick. I actually like their roast beef with Swiss. At this Arby's the drive-thru was so friendly, which is not unusual for an Arby's. Yet this place seemed a bit more friendly than usual. Maybe a little extra happy staff!

I usually don't review fast food restaurants, but this place: Had two polite and respectful kids working there who held the door for you, wanted to check on bathroom cleanliness, and made you feel welcome. Whoever hired these kids did a good job.
