I love this centre, the staff are really nice and care about their residents. In this difficult time I am proud to say that they have done a great job. The staff is great. Nurses are with you all the time. The staff takes very good care of your loved ones. It's a place that feels like home and a great place to work. The entertainment staff is amazing. Thanks for your great work!

This place hires rude and unprofessional workers. Called up 5 different times to speak with a patient and was hung up on 5 times. Was placed on hold for 30 minutes. Do not put your loved ones here unless you never plan on speaking to them again.

I have to say this is a lovely place everyone is there to help you they listen to you and they take the time to do whatever they can to make you informed about your love one in the place the food is terrific and I have to say the social worker is the best in the financial person is the best this is one of the best facilities I’ve ever been in and I want to thank you guys for everything that you’ve done so if anyone’s looking for a Good Rehab Center, Bronx Central is the best 😍
