Very unprofessional. They don't care about staff or clients. They have clients who have been in one facility over 7 years. They don't protect staff. Staff has no input. Administration are bully's. If your not a manager of some sort you will not get a far shot. What happened to our Covid money???🤔🤔

I thank Samaritan for saving my life. I was given a chance, and I ran with it. I am currently in treatment at an upstate facility about to transition to a halfway house. The love that I felt from the staff here has been nothing but genuine.

My pregnant 32-year old daughter, who has been recently incarcerated, was mandated to attend a long-term inpatient program! I heard good things about Samaritan Village! I was dealing with Caroll Salas, who strung me along for two weeks! Between constant emails, phone calls, paperwork submitted from my daughter's therapist in jail, an intake over the phone, etc., my daughter was denied! I think it's absolutely barbaric to turn away someone who so desperately needs help! My daughter and I were devastated! Shame on you Samaritan Village!

Theyre are bilingual employees at most locations
This is a long-term, in-patient rehabilitation program. Generally speaking, people stay longer than 30 days. The length of stay depends on each individual person.
That's how it was before Covid-19. Every other facility that I know of, let's you keep your phone nowadays.
Almost positive that you can have your cellphone immediately upon entering the program since Covid-19 pandemic
