Great building but poorly managed.

It's a nice building with a beautiful view of the city but the walls are paper thin, I'm on the 7th floor and the water pressure could be better, everything is locked behind a fob. I don't even have the privalage to use the roof anymore because our rent has gone up and now our family can't afford the bill for the amenities. Do yourself a favor and really make sure you know what you're getting yourself into when dealing with the denizen.

The front desk staff are friendly, helpful and very hard working. The maintenance staff are always available and on time. The amenities are incredibly wonderful.

I think it's fair for them to enjoy the amenities when off duty! I mean I work retail and get a discount on merchandise we sell, so I feel that them being able to use our amenities would be a fair and fun job perk!
