Honestly, I've been living here for over 2 years and not once have I ever heard the trains. I would here the immediate traffic directly in front of the building sometimes but it's still not that noticable.
It is but you can definitely find something cheaper. For a little over $2500 for a one bedroom there's many competitors around the area with a cheaper price range. You're like two blocks away from the subway and bus. Resturant and lounges are everywhere. Nice location but you can find something else for cheaper 💪🏾
