My fiancée and I have lived at 325 Kent for about 3 months now, and so far our experience has exceeded our expectations. We were worried about our move considering the state of the rental market here in New York, but Mariel and the rest of the staff at Two Trees made our move-in process seamless and comfortable. Everyone from the management team to the front desk has been extremely supportive throughout this entire process. We are so glad to be a part of the family here at 325 Kent!

Currently in the second year of my lease. My girlfriend and I have loved the building since we've moved in. The building is located right next to Domino Park and various restaurants a few blocks away. The building itself is super well kept, they have great staff, good amenities and they are super responsive with any inquiries.

Friendly Warming: This building is NOT done! Constructions everywhere! We haven't had a good sleep in the past two months! We've reported them to the City and are about to sue them for not giving us a full exposure during the tour. Horrible Management and they do NOT communicate with each other! We don't want more innocent renters to get into the frustrations we're having right now!
