Friendly Warming: This building is NOT done! Constructions everywhere! We haven't had a good sleep in the past two months! We've reported them to the City and are about to sue them for not giving us a full exposure during the tour. Horrible Management and they do NOT communicate with each other! We don't want more innocent renters to get into the frustrations we're having right now!
It is open, but this building is NOT ready. They told us our side of the building would be done by beginning of January and it is NOT. Which is NOT fair because we work at night and expressed this to them and thought we could deal with one month of the construction workers, noise starting at 7am, and dust.. but now its almost February and our quality of life is being forfeited because they were not honest and transparent about where they are with the construction. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNTIL AFTER SUMMER 2018 (the projected date it will be complete-keep in mind summer goes until September..)
