My aunt was in an assisted living that we were not pleased with. I searched extensively and found Maple Pointe. I cant say enough about how helpful they were with the admissions process and made my aunt feel at home. The rooms are adequate and the premises are lovely. They have many daily/evening activities. Something for everyone. We are very happy with the care my aunt is receiving. The Wellness/medical personnel are on top of medication needs of each of their residents.Maple Pointe has special events that families are invited to attend. Live entertainment, BBQs in the courtyard in the summer, outings for shopping etc. The building is well maintained and kept clean and organized. The menu choices for meals are very nice and nutritious. Residents also have unlimited access to coffee, tea, soda, water and snacks. Anytime I have a concern or question, I don't hesitate to call. We are lucky to have found Maple Pointe. I highly recommend them to entrust your loved ones care to.

My mom has been a resident of Maple Pointe for the past four years and I must say that it has been the best decision that I have made both for my mom and myself. Mom has totally accepted her new lifestyle and seems to really enjoy the staff and and the entire Maple Pointe community. I can go to bed at night not worrying whether she is alright or needs anything because I know that Melissa's staff is on top of any situation which may occur. If there is any issue I am always informed immediately and made aware of the issue and what is being done to rectify it. Mellissa K. has done a fantastic job since assuming her new role and seems to know every resident in a very personal way. She has made MP a very cheery place both for the residents and visitors. All holidays bring a new look to MP---Thanksgiving, Chanukah, Christmas, Fourth of July --all the floors are decorated with the theme of the holiday and seems to lift everyone's spirits. I can only speak for myself but Mellissa's wonderful demeanor and real concern for my mom makes me feel at ease when I am not able to visit as was the case at the beginning of this crazy pandemic. I can go on but I think that I have said enough--I always give Melissa, her staff and the entire MP community an A + anytime I am asked about the entire MP experience. One final point---I forgot to mention that Melissa and her crew consistently try and keep the residents occupied whether its bingo, word games or the fantastic outside entertainers that are brought in to lift everyone's sprits. I couldn't have made a better choice than Maple Pointe and I am so happy I did!!

Extremely warm environment, staff is friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this facility to families looking for assisted living for their loved ones.
