Just what the Doctor ordered. Pampering myself is always at the bottom of my “ to-do” list. I booked an appointment for Monday because I had a race on Sunday and knew I’d be out of whack. Upon entering the place I was impressed at the greeting from the front desk. Verified my appt and asked if I needed anything. My therapist was named Brenda and from her pre-massage interview I could tell she was a pro. Asked the right questions. Put me at ease. Super clean facility. Massage was amazing. It felt like I walked out of my room and the next thing I knew I was in the parking lot in my car. Floating. I could have run another race right then. Thank you Brenda. I will be back.

Nice clean facility…. Calm/Relaxing Staff are very friendly…Great massage….. Reasonable price… Today was my first time going to this spa…. Massage therapists name was Rob. He did an amazing job. I definitely recommend this place..Will definitely be returning to get a membership!

Elements continues to deliver. Went in today on 9/13/2022 and Anthony was amazing. I am a pro wrestler, and have had a litany of nagging aches, and stiffness in my neck and legs. Anthony delivered an absolutely amazing 1 hour massage that made me feel like a new person. Excellent, friendly service as always!
