Yes a lot has changed and it not good
You can't pay the first jersey credit card on the alliance website or any website. You can pay by mail or go to the bank. I went to the bank to find this out

it says 10.24 % on the site. before the merge, my interest rate was 2.3%. this merge is the worst thing they ever did
